Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team of professionals across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex operations, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and improvement
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, legal and regulatory requirements
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to deliver optimal outcomes
  • Foster a culture of safety, customer service, and continuous improvement

The successful candidate will be a natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Additional requirements include:

  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably in the Transport/Logistics/Mobile Service industry
  • A degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
