
Regional Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team of professionals across multiple sites.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex operations, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team development. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and improvement
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results
- Ensure compliance with all policies, legal and regulatory requirements
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to deliver optimal outcomes
- Foster a culture of safety, customer service, and continuous improvement
The successful candidate will be a natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Additional requirements include:
- Experience working in a similar role, preferably in the Transport/Logistics/Mobile Service industry
- A degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
