Job Title: Regional Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Leader to lead our business in the Coffs Coast Region.

About the Role:
  • Lead all functions across multiple sites with 50+ employees, driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to react to change, drive growth, and improve efficiency.
  • Engage, lead, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Deliver the overall branch strategy, aligning with the company's vision and mission.
  • Drive ongoing improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions.
  • Ensure a high-level safety and customer service culture, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Support and motivate the sales team to achieve growth targets, leveraging their strengths and developing their skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, legal, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a strong governance framework.
About You:
  • Experience working in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Able to enjoy getting your hands dirty and lead from the front, demonstrating a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • KPI-focused with the ability to perform under pressure, prioritizing tasks and making decisions quickly.
  • The ability to think laterally and make things happen, adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Experience in Transport/Logistics/Mobile Service industry, understanding the nuances of the sector.
  • An approachable and supportive leader, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Well-developed people and time management skills, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate the ability to be a quick learner in a fast-paced and varied role, embracing new challenges and opportunities.
  • A strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to learn new internal programs and technology, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and trends.
