Job Title:
Regional Operations Manager

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our operations in the Coffs Coast Region. You will be responsible for managing all functions across multiple sites with a team of 50+ employees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and react to change with ease
• Engage, lead, and develop the team
• Deliver the overall branch strategy
• Drive ongoing improvement initiatives
• Ensure a high-level safety and customer service culture

About You:
You should have experience working in a similar role and enjoy getting your hands dirty while leading from the front. You should be KPI and customer-focused with the ability to perform under pressure, prioritize tasks, think laterally, and make things happen.

Requirements:
• Experience in Transport/Logistics/Mobile Service industry
• Be an approachable and supportive leader with well-developed people and time management skills
• Ability to learn new internal programs and technology quickly
• Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, and commitment
• Willingness to upskill and take on new challenges
