Coastal Resort Manager

Delivering outstanding guest experiences is at the heart of this role. As a Coastal Resort Manager, you will oversee two stunning coastal locations and foster a collaborative culture that inspires pride, connection, and commitment to success.

Implementing processes, products, and services aligned with strategic goals will be crucial in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while enhancing satisfaction, encouraging repeat visits, and delivering memorable stays.

Strengthen relationships with community groups, local businesses, and stakeholders to ensure the resort remains deeply connected to the region and aligned with organisational values. Identify new opportunities for growth and build on existing success to contribute to long-term prosperity.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, lead a team through change, drive a safety-first culture, and lead operational excellence with a focus on guest engagement.

  • Establish and maintain high standards of quality and service delivery

Requirements:

- First aid certificate

- Current driver's licence

- Experience in facility management and people management
