**McCracken Resort **located in the seaside town of Victor Harbour, SA offers guests a fabulous range of accommodation and dining experiences. With it's indoor pool, gym and stunning golf course this property is a popular destination year round.

**The Role**:
15 - 20 hours per week.

Evening and weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Assist our Chef in food preparation and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, storage rooms and dining areas
- Stocking and organizing supplies and produce
- Dish washing
- Adhere to food safety standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations

**What we're looking for**:

- Fantastic customer service
- Previous demonstrated experience in a commercial kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and a commitment to cleanliness
- Team orientated but also able to work autonomously
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexible attitude to hours, including weekends, public holidays and on short notice
- A current valid drivers licence is essential

This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
