About the Role:
In our fast-paced call centre environment, you'll be part of a motivated new business team focusing on converting tradespeople on a free trial period into full paid members. You'll also source opportunities across various marketing segments.
This high-volume phone-based role involves communicating the key benefits of hipages membership to tradies. You'll thrive in a structured environment with a strong focus on meeting daily targets, enjoying flexible work arrangements, and growing your career with our support.
Hitting Daily Targets (Activity and Revenue):
- Make at least 80 dials and 2.5 hours of talk time daily through inbound and outbound calls.
- Hit revenue targets by closing sales and signing tradies up to our platform.
- Achieve weekly and monthly incentives.
Building Relationships:
- Engage with tradie customers over the phone, learning about their businesses and promoting the benefits of hipages.
- Manage inquiries and objections.
- Enter customer details into Salesforce CRM.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Follow scripts and regulations, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

- Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not a must; what's most important is your drive to learn and succeed.

Our estimated salary for this position is between AU$60,000 and AU$80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
