In this pivotal position, you will conduct meetings, acquire new clients, support current clients, and guide a small team to achieve sales objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales inquiries and deliver exceptional sales guidance.
  • Promote and present available accommodations and facilities.
  • Work in conjunction with Community Services & Housing to optimize sales prospects.
  • Meet both individual and team sales goals.
  • Ensure potential residents comprehend the financial and tenure aspects of retirement living.
  • Design and execute marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of client information.

Qualifications and Skills:

Essential:

  • Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including experience with databases and report generation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Prior experience managing a small team with growth potential and strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in Retirement Living, property services, or community/aged care sectors.
  • Sales experience in property or related fields.
  • Familiarity with the Retirement Living Act and Regulations.
