About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ANZ region.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales leadership and management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the consumer electronics industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
