Cochlear, the global leader in implantable hearing solutions, is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive business growth in the ANZ region. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales revenue objectives through the successful implementation of sales strategies and management of team activities, resources, and outreach.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a well-established business and high-performing team in one of Australia's biggest markets. You will be responsible for driving business growth by maintaining strong customer and channel partner relations, mapping account potential, providing education on Cochlear's product portfolio, and driving referrals into CI Programs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted sales revenue objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and growth
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners to drive business growth
  • Map account potential and provide education on Cochlear's product portfolio
  • Drive referrals into CI Programs to increase sales revenue
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a sales leader with outstanding sales management experience in healthcare or a relevant field. You will have a proven track record of building and nurturing stakeholder relationships, creating successful business plans, and driving sales growth. You will also have excellent sales and influencing skills, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to travel as required by the role.
