About the Role

HammondCare is seeking a skilled Payroll Systems Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our payroll systems, ensuring seamless operations and efficient processing of payroll-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for payroll system queries and requests
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including training materials and user guides
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve system integration issues
  • Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to optimize payroll operations

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in payroll systems and technical support. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in payroll systems support and maintenance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software applications
