Client Growth Specialist

This esteemed role with Tyro presents an opportunity to capitalise on the rapid growth of a leading Australian company. Collaborate with the marketing, product, sales, data and other teams to devise impactful strategies that foster long-term loyalty.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing multi-channel customer marketing campaigns
- Crafting compelling customer content, ensuring alignment with legal and compliance guidelines
- Developing targeted retention strategies and tailored offers for high-risk customers
- Analysing data to inform campaign strategies and measure impact
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance to refine strategies
You will have the chance to lead initiatives showcasing Tyro's ecosystem of value-added services, improving customer engagement and retention. Supporting go-to-market initiatives is also a key aspect of this role, educating customers on new products or features to drive activation, usage and satisfaction.
We are seeking an individual with the following skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Braze or HubSpot
- Strong understanding of business or retail banking products, including deposits, payments and loans
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with copywriting experience highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience in customer or lifecycle marketing, ideally within finance or tech organisations
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, influence at all levels and work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong commercial acumen with experience leveraging marketing and customer data for reporting and decision-making
Based on industry standards, the estimated salary range for this position in AU is around $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
