About the Role
This pivotal position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively engage with all organizational levels, including the C-Suite. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in cultivating robust relationships with our diverse client base, leveraging your exceptional relationship-building skills and business acumen.
You will drive valuable consultative conversations, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and competitiveness among our SMB and LE merchant businesses. Your daily activities will focus on three primary areas:
- Growth: Identify opportunities for PayPal to contribute to the growth and competitiveness of our SMB and LE merchant businesses.
- Satisfaction: Deliver a world-class customer experience on both business-focused and operational fronts, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- Retain: Proactively manage situations affecting clients, building lasting relationships and contributing to the retention of our valued merchants.
Requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in customer success, client relationship management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven independent worker with a strong focus on desired results.
- Able to balance operational workload with strategic execution and proactive problem-solving.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package, inclusive of a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and perks. Our flexible work environment and commitment to diversity and inclusion make us an attractive employer for talented individuals.
