About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at EBR. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Target Management: You will be accountable for achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective management of client relationships and generation of new leads.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong rapport with existing clients, identify additional sales opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Business Development Strategy: Implement and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the client base.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular business reports and maintain open communication with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in English, ability to implement new business development strategies, experience working to and exceeding targets, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary and Benefits
