The Enterprise Client Growth Strategist role is passionate about driving growth within a diverse group of existing clients. Success is achieved through a consultative selling approach while ensuring maximum account development and identifying exciting new opportunities for growth.

Your key focus will be maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, account growth, and reduction in attrition. Emphasis is on your ability to maintain the client relationship in and across multiple levels within the client's organization to drive incremental growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retaining and growing the existing relationship with a defined portfolio across multiple industries (approx. 200-250 Corporate Card Clients).
  • Regular account reviews
  • Issue resolution
  • Driving charge volume growth opportunities
  • Conducting needs assessments to embed additional American Express products & digital tools.
  • This is primarily a phone-based role with some face-to-face account management.

  • An understanding of strategic account and pipeline management.
  • Resilience, Thought Leadership & ability to prioritize for success.

Requirements:

  • Previous relationship management and consultative sales experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • An understanding working capital solutions and cash flow.
  • Experience in dealing with C level Executives.
  • High degree of commercial foresight and strong influencing skills.

Estimated salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
