**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and deliver high-quality proposals to clients, showcasing value-added services.
  • Foster strong relationships with major accounts, establishing and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify opportunities with compelling value propositions, driving business growth.
  • Address client queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to explore new sales and cross-selling opportunities.

**Requirements:**

  • Current experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong local knowledge of the International Freight industry.
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach, committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
