We are seeking an experienced and proactive Agricultural Business Expansion Specialist to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating demand for Nufarm's differentiated product portfolio with defined key accounts across the region.

This position will cover the Liverpool Plains and Northern Tablelands region of NSW, reporting directly to the Northern Regional Manager. Regular travel is required, and a tool of trade vehicle will be provided.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory business plans to deliver against Nufarm's commercial objectives
  • Foster relationships with channel customers, influencers, and growers to maintain presence in the territory
  • Assist marketing efforts by participating in campaign councils to provide insights and sales expertise
  • Ensure compliance with salesforce customer and market data through regular utilization and updating of the platform
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Agriculture or a related field
  • Experience operating in a commercial or technical role within a similar environment
  • Technical knowledge and passion for the agricultural industry
  • Excellent business acumen and communication skills
  • Ability to develop constructive relationships with internal teams and clients
  • Results-driven, collaborative, and outcome-oriented mindset
