About the Position
This Enterprise Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various industries with an annual turnover between $25M-$250M. The ideal candidate will have a few years of sales experience, preferably in the B2B (and tech) space, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work autonomously, resilience, ambition, and a nurturing approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and acquiring new business via outbound phone calls
- Booking demos with prospects on a daily basis
- Conducting tailored discovery to propose appropriate solutions
- Utilising Salesforce CRM to manage activity and accurately forecast
- Achieving revenue targets evaluated on new monthly recurring revenue (MRR) sales

Compensation Package
This is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions and a competitive salary, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
