About the Role
The University of South Australia is seeking an experienced Project Officer to join its Business team. As a Project Officer, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing, and administering various projects and activities to support the university's international accreditation requirements and quality assurance efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, implement, and administer various projects and activities to support the university's international accreditation requirements and quality assurance efforts.
- Undertake project tasks related to reaccreditation processes, prepare reports, collect and analyse complex data, and collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
- Use electronic information systems and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to support project management and reporting.
Key Skills and Experience
- High level organisational, management, and administrative skills, with the ability to work autonomously while managing competing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, problem-solving capability, and willingness to provide practical and creative solutions.
- Experience in the use of electronic information systems and BI tools, such as Cognos BI reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience collecting and validating complex data.
