Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a strong background in finance, banking, or financial markets. With a proven track record in project management, coordination, and team leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational interactions with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual who can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing professionals, and system suppliers.

As a Business Operations and Compliance Officer, you will contribute significantly to the development of strategy papers, roadmaps, and implementation plans. You will also be responsible for ensuring that systems and processes operate efficiently, providing exemplary services to clients, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

The successful candidate will possess a degree qualification or significant industry experience, with a deep understanding of AML/CTF requirements. They will have expertise in project management, coordination, and team leadership, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with CRM software and Adobe Acrobat is highly desirable.

Offered Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus additional benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
