Payroll Compliance Officer

The Payroll Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all payroll operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations. This includes conducting regular audits, providing guidance to staff, and developing educational resources to promote compliance within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze payroll data to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Guidance and Support: Provide expert advice and guidance to staff on payroll compliance matters, including interpreting policies and regulations.
- Educational Resources: Develop and distribute educational materials to promote compliance awareness among staff.
- Reporting: Compile reports on compliance activities, including audit results and recommendations for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance compliance.
- Purchasing Processes: Oversee purchasing processes, ensuring adherence to university standards and regulatory requirements.
- Risk Management: Monitor risks and ensure adherence to university policies, including workplace health and safety.
This role offers a competitive salary of $62.40/hour + Super, reflecting the importance of this position in maintaining the integrity of our payroll operations.
