About the Position.

As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in reviewing major planning matters, leveraging your high-level problem-solving skills and exceptional communication abilities to drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Develop and prepare comprehensive submissions on significant development projects
  • Address critical issues with proposals before lodgement to ensure seamless progress
  • Provide timely and accurate verbal and written planning advice to stakeholders
  • Coordinate submissions to the Department of Planning

Requirements.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Planning or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
  • Superb written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team and independently
