About the Role

This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic demand plans across multiple product lines and markets. The successful candidate will have experience in demand planning, data analysis, and stakeholder management. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform demand planning decisions.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you achieve your career goals.
