Career Opportunity

We're seeking an exceptional Lead Strategic Deal Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with expertise in strategic deal management, who can lead cross-functional teams and navigate complex contractual agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 4 direct reports and provide leadership guidance to the wider organization
  • Provide dedicated support and lead virtual deal teams for assigned deals, hosting regular cadence calls and project managing tasks/actions
  • Collaborate with sales and functional stakeholders to develop realistic close plans, identifying key milestones, anticipating potential issues, and resolving them
  • Offer expert advice on Oracle policies as they relate to specific contract terms and advise sales on appropriate contract terminology
  • Articulate rationale behind Oracle policy and contract terms to assist sales during customer negotiations
  • Know when to defer to functional stakeholders during customer negotiations and advise sales on proper terminology for approval requests
  • Lead objection handling activities for assigned deals, reviewing and responding to complex master agreements, customer redlines, and issue lists

What We Offer
