About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Modern Workplace Engineer to join our team at ASIC. As a key member of our Digital Workplace Services team, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of Modern Workplace Services (M365) across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to increase the adoption of M365 products and services across ASIC.
  • Take ownership of incident resolution and service requests within the agreed service level objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar environment, with a strong background in people and technology leadership.
  • Excellent understanding and experience with wider DWS technologies, including Enterprise networks, Mobility & Security.
  • Ability to build, enhance, and operate Modern Workplace Services (M365) products and services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and process efficiency.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
