Partnerships Sales Account Manager

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in expanding our partnerships and driving revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities within retail media. You will support the National Sales and Partnerships Director in creating and implementing experience-led campaigns that enhance customer engagement, improve ROI, and deliver value to advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create innovative media solutions that bring brands to life within our retail environment.
  2. Manage end-to-end campaign delivery from concept to execution.
  3. Develop strategies to improve the sell-through of production-heavy channels.
  4. Nurture preferred supplier relationships for logistics and execution of retail media campaigns.
  5. Contribute to media inventory and packaging strategy reviews and optimizations.
  6. Ensure efficient campaign delivery and maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in media sales, retail marketing, shopping centre, or category/partnership roles within luxury, retail, or media/experiential agencies.
  • A strong understanding of media planning, inventory, and commercialization strategies.
  • Creative thinking skills to develop compelling media plans that embody brand attributes.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools for pipeline management and campaign performance tracking.
  • Strong communication skills, confident in presentations to diverse audiences.
