Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead partnership discussions with ecommerce partners to create and launch initiatives that foster growth for both parties.">
  • Foster long-term relationships with key retailer and brand partners and manage the negotiation of commission rates and commercial content agreements.">
  • Meet flat fee partnership growth targets in close collaboration with the shopping content team.">
  • Distil performance data into clear, actionable insights to guide the editorial team, and report on merchant- and site-level performance as needed.">
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and recruit new client partnerships, optimise existing campaigns, and analyse performance metrics to achieve affiliate channel revenue growth objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of managing high-growth partnerships.">
  • Great communication and presentation skills, with experience in sales or marketing.">
  • Basic understanding of affiliate marketing, with 1-2 years' experience at an affiliate network, agency, or publisher.
