Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the acquisition of new brands across our marketplace models.
  • Drive conversion of existing brands into additional services.
  • Secure strategic wholesale buys where appropriate.
  • Act as the primary commercial contact for your brand portfolio.
  • Build trust-based relationships and deliver tailored growth strategies for each partner.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
  • Use performance data to inform product mix, promotional cadence, and merchandising plans.
  • Identify new category opportunities and market gaps aligned with customer demand.
  • Champion and refine our operating models.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in fashion buying, brand partnerships, or business development—ideally in a multi-brand environment.
  • Proven ability to identify, secure, and scale partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of commercial models.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
  • A highly collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong industry network (preferred).
  • Data-driven approach with high commercial acumen.
