**Your Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Audit & Assurance practice, you will be responsible for leading and managing high-profile client engagements, delivering quality assurance, and reporting. You will also be accountable for executing advisory related engagements, providing inspirational leadership, and growing our talent pool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build strong relationships with prestigious audit clients and deliver exceptional client service
- Lead and manage high-profile client engagements, ensuring quality assurance and timely delivery
- Execute advisory related engagements, leveraging your technical expertise to drive results
- Provide inspirational leadership, mentoring, and coaching to grow our talent pool
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development and leadership roles
- Strong IFRS skills and experience in audit and assurance
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with experience in presenting to senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated team leadership abilities, with a passion for developing and empowering others
Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, including a CA or CPA, or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a CA or CPA qualification, if required
