Your Role

As a Client Manager at Future You, you will have the opportunity to manage your portfolio of clients and relationships effectively. This includes providing expert advice on commercial and taxation matters, overseeing workflow processes, and ensuring timely completion of compliance reporting and lodgement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and portfolios to ensure exceptional client experiences
  • Provide high-quality advice on commercial and taxation matters
  • Oversee workflow processes to guarantee thorough reviews of compliance work
  • Deliver business advisory services, including cash flow forecasting and budgeting
  • Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing coaching and guidance
Requirements
  • 7+ years' experience in an Australian public practice firm
  • Accounting, finance, or commerce degree
  • Australian or New Zealand permanent residency
  • CA or CPA qualification in Australia
  • Excellent communication skills and technical knowledge
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Professional problem-solving skills
