Human Resources Leader for Residential Development

Job SummaryThis critical role involves centralising and implementing group recruitment strategies, policies, processes, and activities. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for employees from the construction and property development team, supporting the business plan and talent agenda.
Key Responsibilities- HR Strategies: Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive staff retention and productivity.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and support workforce planning initiatives.
- Employee Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing HR strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An attractive salary package, estimated at $115,000 + bonus, based on industry standards.
