We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Strategic Leader to join our team at MidCoast Council. As the Coordinator Human Resources Operations, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR Operations team to deliver high-quality HR services and effective support across the organisation.
  • Develop and implement the annual training plan and budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • DIRECT THE EMPLOYMENT-BASED TRAINING STRATEGY (EBTS), driving business outcomes through strategic workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to address current and future talent needs, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $105,000 p.a., plus superannuation.
  • A vehicle arrangement, including a leaseback vehicle for an annual fee calculated as 20% of the gross purchase price.
  • A permanent, full-time position based at our Administration Centre in Yalawanyi Ganya, with opportunities to work from other Council sites across the region.
