We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Liaison Officer to join our team at the Department of Education. As a key member of our Early Years and Primary unit, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of culturally appropriate early learning programs for remote Aboriginal families.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with the Family Educator to design and deliver place-based programs for children from birth to 3 years
* Develop and maintain relationships with community members to ensure program relevance and effectiveness
* Provide support and guidance to families to help them prepare their children for learning
**Requirements:**
* Administrative Officer 4 experience
* Strong understanding of Aboriginal cultures and community needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
