The Organisation

This respected not-for-profit provider delivers social services across the Northern Territory. Their holistic center offers support programs for children, families, and the wider community. They ensure families receive comprehensive wrap-around support.

Your Role

You will oversee program delivery and integration to support children, young people, and families. Promote community awareness of available services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Service Delivery – Manage triage, assessment, and allocation of case management and group work participants. Provide direct service delivery, including complex cases when needed.
  • Team Leadership – Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based child-centered and family-focused services.
  • Program Coordination – Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure integrated services at the Hub, providing holistic support to participants.
  • Data Management & Reporting – Ensure accurate data entry, case notes, and reporting in line with program requirements. Lead program evaluation and contribute to continuous service improvement.
  • Community Engagement – Promote the Hub's services to the community and build relationships with key stakeholders to enhance service access and awareness.

About You

  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field (Postgraduate qualifications preferred).
  • 5 years' experience in relevant practice and team leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in supervision, report writing, and working with culturally diverse groups.
  • Strong cultural competency, particularly in working with Aboriginal communities.
  • NT Driver's License and valid Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card) or eligibility to apply.
  • Satisfactory criminal history check.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends.
