This respected provider offers a wide range of social services throughout the Northern Territory, with a focus on holistic support for children, families, and the community.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery – You will oversee the delivery and integration of programs designed to support children, young people, and families, while promoting community awareness of the services available.
  • Team Leadership – As a Team Lead, you will supervise and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, child-centered, and family-focused services.
  • Program Coordination – You will collaborate with other team leaders to ensure the integrated delivery of services at the Hub, providing holistic support to participants.
  • Data Management & Reporting – You will ensure accurate data entry, case notes, and reporting in line with program requirements, leading program evaluation and contributing to continuous service improvement.
  • Community Engagement – You will promote the Hub's services to the community and build relationships with key stakeholders to enhance service access and awareness.

About You

  • You will have a degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field (Postgraduate qualifications are preferred).
  • You will have 5 years' experience in relevant practice and team leadership.
  • You will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in supervision, report writing, and working with culturally diverse groups.
  • You will have strong cultural competency, particularly in working with Aboriginal communities.
  • You will hold an NT Driver's License and valid Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card) or eligibility to apply for it.
  • You will have a satisfactory criminal history check.
  • You will be flexible to work occasional weekends.
