Panerai Sales and Operations Professional

Officine Panerai is seeking a skilled Sales and Operations Executive to join their team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of the Panerai brand, you will be responsible for managing merchandising activities, customer and retailer relationships, and operational systems.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading luxury watch brand, known for its high-precision instruments and innovative spirit. The successful candidate will have prior experience in sales and operations, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of SAP/BI systems.
Duties and Responsibilities- Manage merchandising activities, including product supply and market allocation strategy;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers as a Panerai ambassador;
- Oversee operational systems and processes, ensuring compliance with Brand/HQ guidelines;
- Provide regular feedback and recommendations to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency;
- Assist in preparing reports, coordinating submissions, and supporting the Brand Manager in monitoring discontinued stocks and implementing strategies to reduce exposure;
- Support the Marketing Executive in maintaining display materials, timely repairs, and adequate representation;
- Lead the implementation and follow-up of retail operations projects and new retail initiatives;
- Prior experience in sales and operations;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills;
- SAP/BI experience highly regarded;
