Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive merchandising management to optimize product supply and market allocation strategy, collaborating with SEA Operations team and marketing team.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers as a Panerai ambassador, providing exceptional service level.
  • Manage operational systems according to Brand/HQ Guidelines as the local key user, implementing, driving, and improving local operations processes.
  • Provide regular feedback and recommendations to enhance operations systems and processes, contributing to sales growth.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including the yearly strategic plan, in collaboration with the Brand Manager.

Sales Performance

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, forecasts, and execution plans.
  • Lead the implementation and follow-up of all retail operations projects and New Retail projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on operational capabilities.
  • Prior experience in sales and operations is essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are required.
  • SAP/BI experience is highly valued.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Based on industry standards and location, this salary range ensures that you are competitively compensated for your skills and expertise.
