Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting a Sales and Operations Executive to manage merchandising activities, drive Retailization & Operational Excellence, and support the Brand Manager. Key responsibilities include:
- Merchandising Management: Optimize product supply and market allocation strategy in collaboration with the SEA Operations team and marketing team.
- Customer & Retailer Relationship Management: Provide best-in-class service level as a Panerai ambassador, maintaining strong relationships with retailers and POS teams.
- Operational Systems Management: Implement and improve local operations processes, ensuring compliance with Brand/HQ Guidelines.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare, coordinate, and submit reports, including strategic planning assistance.
- Support Network Management: Assist in developing sales strategies, forecasts, and execution, while ensuring timely and adequate display materials.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong Operational Capabilities: Prior experience in Sales and Operations, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- SAP/BI Experience: Highly regarded, but not required.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year-
