About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Retail Operations Specialist to join our Australian and New Zealand teams. As a key member of our merchandising activities, you will be responsible for managing optimal product supply and market allocation strategy, working closely with our SEA Operations team and marketing department. Your primary focus will be on driving Retailization & Operational Excellence roadmap via all operational systems & processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Merchandising management, ensuring effective product supply and market allocation strategy in collaboration with SEA Operations and marketing teams.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with customers and retailers as a Panerai ambassador, providing exceptional service levels and maintaining a close connection with retailers and point-of-sale teams.
  • Implementing, driving, and improving local operations processes, ensuring seamless integration with Brand/HQ Guidelines as the local key user.
  • Providing active feedback and recommendations based on operations systems and processes to enhance sales performance and support the Brand Manager in monitoring discontinued stocks and implementing strategies to reduce exposure.
  • Preparing, coordinating, and submitting reports, including assisting in the yearly strategic plan.
  • Supporting network management with new projects and collaborating with the Marketing Executive to ensure timely and adequate display materials, guaranteeing impeccable representation of Panerai.
  • Assisting in developing sales strategies, forecasts, and execution.
  • Leading the implementation and follow-up of all retail operations projects and New Retail initiatives, serving as the reference point for boutique operations, retail procedures, systems, and IT.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on operational capabilities with prior experience in Sales and Operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Prior experience with SAP/BI is highly regarded.

Earnings and Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately AU$85,000 - AU$105,000, depending on location and experience, offering a competitive remuneration package with opportunities for bonuses and benefits.
