As a Sales and Operations Executive at Officine Panerai, you will play a pivotal role in driving the brand's success in Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales and Operations Executive. Reporting to the Panerai Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing merchandising activities to achieve overall sales targets, implementing and driving Retailization & Operational Excellence roadmap, and ensuring seamless operational systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute merchandising strategies to optimize product supply and market allocation, working closely with the SEA Operations team and marketing department.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers, providing exceptional service and support as a Panerai ambassador.
  • Manage local operational systems, processes, and IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with Brand/HQ guidelines.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive sales growth, working collaboratively with the Brand Manager to monitor discontinued stocks and implement strategies to reduce exposure.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports, assist in developing yearly strategic plans, and support network management with new projects.

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
