- Support clients with various queries and concerns
- Assist with Know Your Client (KYC) procedures
- Offer personalized tours of our trading platform
- Deliver exceptional client service through prompt and professional responses
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
- Business-level proficiency in English and Spanish (CEFR B2 or above)
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to listen actively and find effective solutions
