Job Overview

The position of Senior Client Advocate plays a pivotal role in fostering lasting relationships with high-value clients, driving significant revenue growth and consistent trading activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO ENHANCE THEIR LONGEVITY AT VOLUME THRESHOLDS.
  • ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN SOLID RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH VARIED CHANNELS.
  • CONSISTENTLY SECURE AND GROW PREMIUM CLIENTS BY DEMONSTRATING CLEAR DIFFERENTIATORS IN EXPERIENCE, MARKET KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONALIZED ATTENTION.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • CONTRIBUTE PROACTIVELY TO THE TEAM AND PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR COLLEAGUES IN DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS.
  • SERVE AS A TRUSTED ADVISOR TO CLIENTS ON MARKET AND TRADING MATTERS.
  • Maintain client interest in trading markets through regular dissemination of market analysis and trade opportunities.
  • ASSIST IN PLANNING AND EXECUTING CLIENT EVENTS AS REQUIRED.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • MINIMUM 3 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE, IDEALLY IN A TELEPHONE SALES ENVIRONMENT.
  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS AN ACCOUNT MANAGER AND/OR DEALING WITH HIGH NET WORTH CLIENTS.
  • EXCELLENT COLLABORATION SKILLS, ABILITY TO WORK AS PART OF A TEAM.
  • PROACTIVE ATTITUDE AND ABILITY TO PUT THE CLIENT FIRST.
  • EXCELLENT RELATIONSHIP BUILDING, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND INFLUENCING SKILLS.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that allow you to negotiate, resolve conflict, and overcome challenges.
  • SOUND DECISION MAKING AND CRITICAL THINKING.
  • ABILITY TO ACQUIRE NEW KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS QUICKLY AND AN INTEREST IN COACHING OTHERS.
