The Role
As a valued member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to clients ensuring the seamless adoption of our innovative farm technology solutions.
You will engage and guide new clients through the onboarding process, proactively address client concerns, provide solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and build long-term relationships with key accounts.
We are seeking an individual with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. Ideally, you will have knowledge in agriculture and/or AgTech, or come from a farming background with a deep understanding of the challenges and needs of our agricultural clients.
You will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Technical proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in client support.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Familiarity with different types of AgTech solutions and how they can benefit farmers (desirable).
- Experience in handling client inquiries, providing technical support, and resolving issues (desirable).
