Job Opportunity: Support and Training Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Support and Training Coordinator.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing overall support and coordination to clinics for all Client Advocate training requirements.

You will interact closely with State Managers and Audiologists to ensure effective clinic operation and communication across clinic team members.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Effective management and general administrative support
  • Providing overall support and coordination to clinics for all Client Advocate training requirements
  • Interacting closely with State Managers and Audiologists to ensure effective clinic operation and communication across clinic team members
  • Ensuring that required direction to staff is effectively communicated in a positive manner
  • Ensuring administrative staff are adequately trained and skilled in administration of organisational, clinic operating and clinic performance requirements
  • Providing ongoing support, training and audits across client advocates for continued clinic performance and profitability
  • Coordinating and conducting regular diary reviews under direction of State Manager to measure and assess individual clinic performance
  • Attending Hearing Services Program and/or other regulator workshops or training sessions directed towards administrative staff
  • Communicating and advising management on administrative areas of concern, analysing trends, highlighting opportunities etc.
  • Developing and delivering administrative training materials for and to client advocates
