We are seeking a Client Value Advocate to play a key role in helping clients unlock value from innovative products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead clients through onboarding, training, and system setup
- Act as the primary point of contact post-sale
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Track adoption and client success metrics
- Identify opportunities to add value through upselling and process improvements
- 1–3+ years' experience in customer success, onboarding, or account management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
- Confidence in using MS Office; ERP knowledge is beneficial
