Job Title

We are seeking a Client Value Advocate to play a key role in helping clients unlock value from innovative products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clients through onboarding, training, and system setup
  • Act as the primary point of contact post-sale
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation
  • Track adoption and client success metrics
  • Identify opportunities to add value through upselling and process improvements
Requirements
  • 1–3+ years' experience in customer success, onboarding, or account management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Confidence in using MS Office; ERP knowledge is beneficial
