Client Advocate

We are seeking a skilled Client Advocate to drive revenue growth and expand market share within their designated sales portfolio with a focus on Agencies.
You'll build and nurture strong relationships with clients to secure incremental revenue while also identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
As a key member of our team, you will champion our sales narrative in market, providing deep customer and media brand knowledge matched with commercial acumen across both print and digital media as it relates to our business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients to secure incremental revenue.
- Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
- Providing updates and forecasts to the Head of Sales and driving pipeline opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have previous media sales experience and knowledge of the landscape. They must be able to succeed in obtaining new clients, retaining and growing existing clients. Agency experience is essential, and a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills is required.
