Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by handling incoming reservations, welcoming guests, and ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
  • Prepare and maintain our fleet of campervans to the highest standards, performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor and address any issues or concerns related to campervan maintenance, repair needs, and guest satisfaction.
  • Process transactions, register guests, and manage stock levels with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Respond to customer complaints and troubleshoot emergencies in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • You possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • You have prior experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car industries, although not mandatory.
  • You hold a valid driver's licence and feel confident driving a campervan.
  • You are available to work on weekends and public holidays, and you are a responsible individual who takes pride in their work.
  • You are well-organised, can multitask efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
