About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team at IHG Hotels & Resorts. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every stay is memorable.

You will work closely with the hotel management team to ensure that all guest requests are met, and you will have access to a range of tools and technologies to support your role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Handle all aspects of guest stays, from check-in to check-out
  • Work closely with the hotel management team to ensure that all guest requests are met
  • Use technology to support your role and provide efficient service to guests
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong commitment to hospitality. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of one year's experience in a front desk or guest service role is essential, and you will need to be fluent in English. You will also need to be able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
