CPB Contractors, a leading international construction company and member of the CIMIC Group, is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Commercial Director and manage the Eastern Busway site office.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering accurate, timely, and responsive administrative support to the Commercial Director and other Managers as required.
  • Ensuring effective personal organisation of the Commercial Director.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the site office.

To be successful in this role, exceptional interpersonal skills are essential, along with advanced word processing skills and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. Experience with Adobe InDesign would be desirable but is not essential.

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

  • 2+ years' experience in an Administration role within a Commercial or site department on a large construction or mining project.
  • Availability to work site hours 7.30am – 5pm.
  • Advanced Microsoft Skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts with confidence.
  • Strong level written and verbal communication.
  • Possess a proven ability to successfully communicate and influence across all levels of the organisation.
