About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hindi Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our high-value clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our VIP clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and exclusive benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing high-value clients
  • Understand client objectives and decision-making processes
  • Actively manage assigned accounts from start to finish
  • Identify and grow opportunities within client base
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Hindi
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Sports or Marketing Qualifications preferred but not required
