About the Role
  • Support the VIP invitation process for Australian Open events, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders updated.
  • Collaborate with the VIP Admin Assistant to manage digital ticket distribution and ensure all RSVP changes actioned across databases and key documents.
  • Record and manage special requests, travel details, and access requirements for high-profile guests.
  • Assist in the collation and distribution of invitations, passes, and accreditation both onsite and in advance of the event.
  • Provide front-line guest management support, including responding promptly to enquiries and troubleshooting last-minute changes to ensure a seamless VIP experience.
  • Support VIP hosts across all AO and TA events to ensure premium guest experiences delivered seamlessly.
About You
  • A high level of computer literacy and troubleshooting skills is required.
  • Prior experience in events, corporate, or VIP administration is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with VIP stakeholders are essential.
  • Calmness and solution-focused attitude under pressure in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
  • Initiative, sound judgment, and problem-solving abilities while working independently and collaboratively are desired.
  • Flexibility with working hours and full availability during the event period are expected.
  • A current Police Check and Working with Children Check may be required.
